Can you say if there has been any improvement on the 2,000 euro compensation we have been offered, since a few months has passed since then.
Also we need to keep our paperwork in order, so can you please email a copy of the official bulgarian invoices and receipts for the tax returns 2004-2005, 2005-2006 and 2006-2007.
Also, to keep our records in order, can you please also send a copy of the receipt/invoice for the change of address for our company, and also what was the first recorded address for it and what is the official address for it now.
Whilst our Bulgarian property and English copies of the contract were checked over it has been noted that there are irregularities between both contracts.The section queried is 6A (the swimming pool section).The English copy mentions 1/16 shares of the pool amounting to 1500 euros which are equal to euro 13856. The Bulgarian legal document mentions 600 euros equal to euro 11699. So can you say if there has been a mistake on the English contract, since the Bulgarian legal one.

Thank you for the updated pictures. It was good to see the work progressing. However,

1.How many apartments in sunnybeach are left for sale.
2. What price per square metre are the 1 beds selling for, bearing in mind the price I paid ‘off plan’, nearly 2 years ago and the price rise during this period according to statistics. 1400- 1450 Euros psqm depending on floor. so it has almost doubled and its not finished yet. afinished one in the same  area is about 1800- 2000

3. I understand , that the developer is to fully furnish the apartment as compensation for being a year late on completion and thus the loss of potential rental income during this period. What does this entail? see below And to what value? It is Apx 5000 Euro for a 1 bed. For example does this include electrical white goods? NO I note that appartments in the complex are advertised on the internet on different agents sites as being sold fully furnished within the initial asking price. They have not updated their price list and avelability, nighter had we as the info was not supplied to us by the developer till recently.

4. Will you be ’snagging’ the appartments on completion? No , You should do it, how ever we can use a contractor for 100 pound we will get this done Ie checking for build faults and final quality of finish?
5. What type of insurances will we need and can we arrange via you and at what cost. Building and content, Yes we can , Aprox 100-150 pounds.
6. What are the general yearly maintenance costs at the complex. 5 euro per sqm.

Basically what I would need in order to incorporate your projects to my site as a sub agent would be the following:

A copy sub agency in Bulgaria agreement to sign, dealing with commissions and all usual sub agency issues.

A banner to your site, attractive so that visitors to mine will be attracted to click it!

A link to attach to the banner

The link should take visitors to details on the developments and any other specific related information you feel the will need. Property deals in Bulgaria

It was good to find out more about www.officialbulgarianproperties.com at the recent Property Show in London.
I would be very interested in receiving more information about your property deals in Bulgaria as not only am I looking to build my own portfolio, but, I also have a number of clients that I find investment property for and I’m sure we could do some mutually beneficial business in the coming months.
I also market a number of properties via my property website - www.online-property-search.co.uk this is mainly aimed at residential / holiday home buyers in Bulgaria - although most are sold before they get to the website, but I will be launching a new site in a few weeks aimed at the serious property investor. I would therefore like to discuss the possibilities of becoming an introducer / referrer and working on a commission basis. I am already doing this with a few other companies / developers, whereby I get a small commission on any sales that are generated from my leads.
If you could let me know whats currently available, that would be good as well as if your interested in discussing the idea of me acting as an introducer.
