1.How many apartments in sunnybeach are left for sale.
2. What price per square metre are the 1 beds selling for, bearing in mind the price I paid ‘off plan’, nearly 2 years ago and the price rise during this period according to statistics. 1400- 1450 Euros psqm depending on floor. so it has almost doubled and its not finished yet. afinished one in the sameĀ  area is about 1800- 2000

3. I understand , that the developer is to fully furnish the apartment as compensation for being a year late on completion and thus the loss of potential rental income during this period. What does this entail? see below And to what value? It is Apx 5000 Euro for a 1 bed. For example does this include electrical white goods? NO I note that appartments in the complex are advertised on the internet on different agents sites as being sold fully furnished within the initial asking price. They have not updated their price list and avelability, nighter had we as the info was not supplied to us by the developer till recently.

4. Will you be ’snagging’ the appartments on completion? No , You should do it, how ever we can use a contractor for 100 pound we will get this done Ie checking for build faults and final quality of finish?
5. What type of insurances will we need and can we arrange via you and at what cost. Building and content, Yes we can , Aprox 100-150 pounds.
6. What are the general yearly maintenance costs at the complex. 5 euro per sqm.
