Basically what I would need in order to incorporate your projects to my site as a sub agent would be the following:
A copy sub agency in Bulgaria agreement to sign, dealing with commissions and all usual sub agency issues.
A banner to your site, attractive so that visitors to mine will be attracted to click it!
A link to attach to the banner
The link should take visitors to details on the developments and any other specific related information you feel the will need. I would need the contacts changed to my own so that if there are any clients who want to take to the next level, I will not be cut out of the equation!!! I then send the referrals to them. Same with the second banner, http://www.officialbulgarianproperties.com/Bulgaria_property.html– here there is also a form for contacts, this sends an email both to me and to the owner of that site.
