To buy a hotel in Bulgaria and Turkey ... 

The Russians changed their priorities. While earlier they used to buy holiday homes for their own holiday, now 74% of the inquiries were for commercial real estate in Europe and USA 
With great popularity are hotels with good location on the beach and in ski resorts near the lifts and ski slopes. 
In Bulgaria, which is traditionally preferred destination, there are hotels for sale at prices between 650,000 euros and 35 million. 
The lowest price offered for a hotel in Bulgaria is in Pomorie – for a hotel built in 2004 with 19 rooms, 150 meters from the beach. For the price of 6.5 million is offered a four-star hotel with 350 rooms in Golden Sands, a waterpark, restaurant, pool, playground, gym and beauty salon. Calculations of agents show that it can bring a net profit of 525,600 euros per year, or 8% annual capital return. 
Russian brokers commented that the intensive summer season in 2010 has increased the profit of the Bulgarian hoteliers and the offers for sale of hotel business has fallen significantly 

And what about Turkey? 

The development of hotel business in Turkey enjoys a fast growth. Here prices of hotels with private beach are ranging between 3.75 million and 66 million. 
For the price of 8 million is offered for sale a hotel in Kemer eucalyptus park. The area of the four star complex is 6000 square meters, which includes actual the hotel with 109 rooms, private sandy beach, waterfront restaurant, indoor and outdoor pool and quick access to the marina.
