The sea properties - again attractive for the foreigners

Since March is noticed an increase of  the interest of foreign buyers for properties on the Black Sea coast, which is strengthened by the active summer season. Many of the potential buyers take the opportunity to combine a holiday in Bulgaria in the spring and summer, with the opportunity to view some properties and that is why in recent months there are more viewings.
The first half of  the year 2010 is better for holiday properties than 2009, as already moderated property prices again attract the interest of  buyers from different countries. The market is far from the volumes before the crisis, but still have transactions - they are of average prices of  350 to 700 euros per square meter.
The main interest for properties in the sea resorts and in Bansko is aimed at cheap apartments at prices between 25 000 and 40 000 euros. There is interest for luxury and elite marine estate, which fall in the price segment from 80 000 to 130 000 euros.
When choosing a holiday home, buyers should be very careful.
It is best to choose fully completed complex with good location and excellent quality, which is managed by a reputable management company and is rented to tourists. Properties which have additional features and amenities for tourists such as swimming pools, spa centers, tennis courts and any other entertainments are best.
