Sales of more holiday homes on the Black Sea coast this summer
20% growth of sales of holiday homes along the Black Sea coast this summer compared to sales in the summer of 2009 is reported by real estate agencies. However dominate the purchases of apartments at low prices - between 20 thousand and 40 thousand euros.
The average price of sales in the third quarter of the year for apartments near Sunny Beach is 38 thousand euros. The average price per square meter of apartments sold was 510 euros, with prices ranging between 370 and 770 euros per sq.m. In the lower price range are apartments near Sunny Beach or unfurnished, and over 500 per sq m is the price for fully furnished apartments in the resort.
There is no change in the price levels for the apartments sold in the sea coast in the summer of 2010, compared to previous quarters of 2010.
Cheaper rural properties
The average price of sold rural properties in the country for the third quarter of 2010 was € 11,630, which is 20% down compared to the average price for the second quarter of 2010. In the first quarter average price of sold rural properties was € 9,640 and in the second - 14,600 euros.
The number of deals with rural properties in the third quarter of 2010 also declined by 13% over the second quarter of this year.This is not typical for the summer, which traditionally has been an active season for the sale of rural properties.
