Foros Development to invest EUR 300m in Bulgaria in new borough in Burgas. The company will cooperate with British investment fund European Convergance Development Company. The XXI century town will have three main zones: residental, retail and one with environmental protection. 

 


Area One, which will have residential buildings, a sports and recreation center, fife-star hotel, beach, marina and business park, will be build on 43,6 ha.
Area Two will have 26.8 ha footprint and will include retail center, which will be raised in a two and a half years.
The concept of Area Three is still not finished.
