BRITISH PROPERTY BUYERS CONTINUE to dominate the Bulgarian housing market, but Russians and Germans have also stepped in, according to the Oxford Business Group, or OBG, which presented The Report: Emerging Bulgaria 2007. Bulgaria's property market is maturing into one of slower growth and higher quality, particularly in the residential and office space segment, noted editorial manager Andrew MacDowall. He and Foreign Minister Ivailo Kalfin jointly presented the report, since the Foreign Ministry partnered OBG to publish the findings. Sarah Gkonos, OBG Bulgaria director, and Matthew Youkee, OBG editorial manager for Bulgaria, have already set to work on the next OBG report on Bulgaria, which will appear in the second quarter of 2008.
