Working in different projects for holiday properties makes Borovets more and more interesting to invest in. The main benefits are that it is close to Sofia, its area and the varieties of ski paths. Important plus is promoting mega project "Super Borovets". This gives bigger opportunity for work load of the properties, which raise their profitableness and prices. According to some brokers the resort has big chance to attract some big investors. The sellers of the properties pay higher commissions to the agencies to raise their project's sales. They are even prepared to make big reductions in their prices. Now the interest of buyers is directed mainly in winter resort where there is much more expanse. A big part of the foreign investors are the English and the Irish, followed closesly by the Russians. 10% of the deals are to Russians purchasers and just 4-5 % to the Bulgarian ones. Usually there are fewer deals during the summer in Borovets ski resort, said Pepa Astinova, manager of "Victoria Pirin Invest". She is expecting some movement in the market at the end of September.

Big benefit of Pamporovo is its closeness to White Sea. After opening the roads to Greece, only 80 km will be away from the south sea. Here is also noticed clear tendency of Russians interest. They prefer to buy quality properties in big complexes.
