Golf Course in Kableshkovo - the first sod has been done.

Nearly 200 million euro will be invested in the new golf complex in Kableshkovo. The project will be managed and implemented by the joint venture Kabland Ltd, the stakeholders of which are the Spanish NGB Consulting and Pomorie Municipality. The plan is to create a high-class golf course over 20 ha of municipal land, and also to build a golf school for beginners, a tennis complex, several swimming pools, restaurants, bars and stores as well as a few entertainment centers.
"The place is ideal for golf tourism," the investors are convinced. Mild climate and the close proximity to the seacoast will lengthen the tourist season to nine months and will certainly attract ardent golfers from all over the world. The golf players in Europe alone outnumber 5 million people. Each year they would spend lavishly to enjoy their favourite game - a total of 2 billion Euros, to be more precise. If things go according to plan, the new golf complex will automatically create 800 new permanent jobs for local people as well as 5000 positions at Kableshkovo municipality.
