Property is situated: 45 km from the border to Greece. In 2008 the border with Greece will also open in the village of Avren, just 20 km far from the
property.
Activities:
Hunting tourism – the State Owned Game Reserve is situated in the region. Recreation tourism; Production base for furniture of massive wood – beech and oak, and for charcoal and briquettes. There is Woodstock for more than 20 years in the region. Horse-riding; Agricultural farm (with sheep, cows, ostrich, etc.)
The
property consists of six solid-built buildings with total built up area 920 sq.m and 10 000 sq.m of land.
