  • Footing and ground work is done on the building site according to design
    plans and specifications.
  • Floor and ceiling slabs, columns and beams are made of concrete reinforced
    with structural steel.
  • Walls are made of lightweight gas-concrete blocks (produced in Germany by YTONG, and used in Bulgaria). The blocks are reinforced with vertical structural steel elements (designed and patented by our company). Walls are attached and anchored to the floor and ceiling slabs with heavy-duty steel fasteners (CDE Ltd. patent).
  • All electrical wiring and plumbing installations are built into the walls.
  • Cement slab roofing and wooden structure covering as specified in design.
  • All doors and windows will be installed according to design specifications.
  • Multiple Houseage Developments
    The production capacity is unlimited and projects can be completed in a timely
    manner. For example, for a project of 500 houses shipment and installation can start within 60 days upon approval. The require manufacturing site will be 200,000 sq. meters of land ( 239,200 sq.yd.). Maximum range of delivery from the manufacturing site will be 800 km (500 miles).
